Step 1 - Complete the Online Application (Online Application)

Step 2 - After you receive an email confirming your student's Provisional Acceptance for Admission, complete these additional requirements for final acceptance. 

Email the following documents to Admissions@HorizonsAlbuquerque.org:   

• A copy of each student's most recent progress report
• The parent-signed Horizons ABQ Handbook Acknowledgement Form (The handbook will be sent to you via email with the provisional acceptance.)
• For students who did not attend Summer 2025, please complete the Google/App Consent Form

Step 3 - RISING 1ST - 4TH GRADE STUDENTS ONLY
